Forklift and pallet paths
Freezer and cooler aisles often send pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts over the same floor opening every shift. We size the bars and seat so cold-room traffic is not treated like foot load.
Ice-prone edges controlled
Raised lips and loose corners become ice catch points in cold rooms. We keep frames flush and panels seated so wash water and meltwater do not build up around the grate.
Liftable for cleaning
Cold storage drains need regular cleaning even when the room is in use. Split sections, practical lifting points, and clear orientation make removal possible with gloves and limited aisle space.
