Enclosures may need louvers, perforation, drain holes, or raised bases depending on what they protect. Heat and water buildup can damage the contents.
Security level matched
Hinges, locks, hasps, reinforced doors, and hidden fasteners are selected around whether the enclosure is for weather, safety, theft prevention, or public access control.
Finish suits location
Outdoor enclosures, washdown enclosures, and interior shop enclosures need different materials and coatings. Powder coat, galvanized steel, stainless, or aluminum are chosen by exposure.

The Grate Guys builds metal enclosures around drawings, measurements, traffic duty, finish exposure, and installation constraints using mild steel, structural steel, galvanized finish, powder-coat, stainless details, or aluminum where the site calls for it, made to order in our Toronto shop, licensed, insured, and WSIB-covered, with a workmanship warranty on every order, supplied and installed across the GTA and shipped Canada-wide.
