How we specify, fabricate, and deliver Access Platforms
Custom elevated steel access platforms that give crews safe, code-height standing access to rooftop units, mezzanines, tanks, conveyors, and process equipment, fabricated to your drawings, measurements, and site conditions with a bar-grating or solid plate deck, perimeter handrails, and integrated stairs or ladders. Choose your deck (serrated bar grating for drainage and grip, or checker plate for a solid surface), structural-steel frame and posts sized to your live load, and a hot-dip galvanized, powder-coat, or stainless finish to suit the environment. Made to order in our Toronto shop, engineered to load, and supplied and installed across the GTA or shipped Canada-wide, licensed, insured, and WSIB-covered, with a workmanship warranty on every order.

Yes. The Grate Guys provides access platforms with made-to-measure fabrication, quote support, and Ontario installation or site review where the project requires it.

Yes. Many projects involve more than a grate or metal component. The team can help assess related drainage, concrete, frame, impact, safety, access, or site-condition issues so the quoted solution matches the real problem.
Can you work from photos, drawings, or measurements?
Yes. You can upload photos, drawings, blueprints, measurements, sketches, or specs. For more technical work, shop drawings, takeoffs, specifications, engineering coordination, engineer review, and permit support may be used where required.
Do you install in Ontario?
Yes. Approved Ontario projects can include site visits, field measurements, installation, repair review, and coordination for related concrete, drainage, access, or fabrication work where appropriate.
